Bylaw Change - Membership

Update the bylaw on membership by adding the text in italics to the existing bylaw:

IX.A. Membership in the Green Party of Virginia is open to all members of Green Locals in Virginia and/or any member holding membership in the Greens of Virginia at-large local, except for Officers, Spokespersons, Candidates and Central Committee members of other political parties.

1. Each Green Local in Virginia is encouraged to choose a contact person for the GPVA.

1. Each Green Local must choose a Local Contact for the GPVA.

Replace the phrase "contact person" with "Local Contact" in items D.2, D.3, and D.4. The term "Local Contact" is used in all other places in the bylaws.
